North Fork Mountian Trail Run
Here are some belated photos of the NFMT Run weekend August 8-10. It was a beautiful morning to run this spectacular ridge separating the North Fork and South Branch of the Potomac. No eagles spotted this run, but Michelle hopped over a rattlesnake. The company was grand as was the post run meal. Go here for the rest of the photos.
OK…I need to get out more. I don’t recognize half of these runners. Plus is Tim Daly still employed? He is getting too much time off. What schmuck is covering his weekend shifts?
