The Wolpert Bun is Done
Oscar Wolpert was born to Joel and Katie this past Tuesday, May 19th at 9:37pm.
The little guy weighed in a 6 pounds, 9 ounces and a lotta hair. We got to come home from the hospital in lovely Buckhannon, WV Thursday the 21st and are thoroughly enjoying settling in back at the Belington Homestead. Hope to see many of you before too long.
It was an exciting birth with lots of good quips from all participants (except perhaps Oscar). We’ll rehash the details for any interested parties soon.
That baby has a nice head of hair. I bet that will be one fast baby. Congrats.
I’m going to start putting money down on Oscar to win races before he even starts walking!
Glad to see a healthy mom and baby. Hope to meet him soon.

Well, he already won the Forest Fest 10k in utero. He might get DQ’ed for running the women’s race inside of Katie.
He’s off to a good start just like me cause I was born at Saint Joseph’s! Congratulations Wolperts!
