Nice sun and sounds in beautiful Otter Creek Wilderness. But your're right, now I'm sea-sick. Duck tape that sucker to the top of your head and give it another try!

Rick- You are lucky to have all those great IMTR's close enough to share a run. A great group of people and some really good running down your way.

Mark- 5am!!! Man, JL must be doing some hard-core double-secret training these days! Maybe we can plan a training run down this way sometime before the snow starts flying.

Last weekend a great group of friends ran out of Damascus, VA on what we call the Government Road Loop. 24 miles long. First 11 on the AT and the remainder on rock roads, a few miles of pavement and a little trail thrown in the middle of the paved and rock roads to help us remember our heritage. Tough run with great climbing, but quad busting downhills. Leaves were beautiful and as soon as we got up high the little bit of rain we were having turned to sleet. What a fall run!
