Frozen Sasquatch Training Run

We are having a training run for the Frozen Sasquatch 50k/25k race on Sat. November 14th, 2009. We will start at the Kanawha State Forest swimming pool parking lot at 9:00 am and run the 15.8 mile loop. Run For the Hills Half Marathon & 5k

A new race on the highest peak in the Mountain State, Run For the Hills. The folks at The Mountain Institute have been wanting to put together a race for some time….so here it is!  It’s short notice, but mark the weekend of October 9-11, it will be beautiful in the high country.
