Be sure to head over to RunningTimes.com this week and check out some of Joel Wolpert’s latest work. He is doing a special winter week and has five days of special pieces. Here are links to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. After seeing and reading those, I’m sure you’ll be anxiously awaiting the Thursday and Friday editions.
I have a callus that has formed next to the ball of my foot in a straight line parallel with my foot. It irritates me to no end and I suspect with longer running will bring a nasty blister. Please advise what anyone would suggest for a remedy/solution to my dilemma.
Congratulations to Corey LeBrasseur and Dan Lehmann on their finishes at the Hellgate 100K over the weekend. This was Corey’s first Hellgate (and longest race) and Dan’s 8th. Great job guys!
Well folks its less than a month until the Frozen Sasquatch. I am still needing volunteers to help at Aid Stations, help with the food (you gotta make sure the BBQ taste good before the runners eat it), and help with the finish line. All Aid stations will have a FIRE of some sort to keep runners and AS workers WARM&TOASTY. If you’ve never worked and Aid Station before, you should try it. Its an awesome experience.
