West Virginia Mountain Trail Runners

Registration is open for this first of 2012 frosty romp through through the hills of Kanawha State Forest. A fine way to start the new year.

Calling all volunteers to the second annual West Virginia Trilogy, October 7, 8, 9 at The Mountain Institute on Spruce Knob.  We promise a fun weekend full of beautiful foliage, sweaty runners, and some of the best folks around.  If interested, please contact me at adamcasseday@gmail.com.
