Entry for the Trilogy and 50K/50M separately closes on Friday 9/28.  If you’re on the fence, it’s time to get off!  Also, those of you running the Trilogy, if you have any friends/family coming along with you that would be interested in volunteering at an aid-station, please send them our way!  We can use a few more folks.  E-mail: adamcasseday@gmail.com

The 15th annual Helvetia 10k Mountain Run is coming up in two weeks. Registration is still open. Come for a weekend of fun to our small Swiss Community.
