Fellow ultra runner John Price is nearly done with his Transcontinental Run and is in the western part of WV.  John is heading toward Virginia Beach (where he lives) and I’m unsure of his intended path through WV, but he was in Huntington yesterday.  Check out his blog here and go share some miles with him if you see this guy out on the roads!  He’s come a LONG way to get here.  News Video Coverage.

Dan Lehmann set a speedy new super-grand-masters course record this past weekend at the Promise Land 50K near Lynchburg, VA.  The beautiful course sports over 8,000 feet of gain/loss and is one of the prettiest races on the East Coast.  Lehmann’s time of 6:33:06 surpassed fellow club member and age-group ace Jack Broaddus’ time of 6:45:22 from 2010.

John Logar finished the arduous Arrowhead 135 today in N. MN.  John earned an impressive third place finish in a time of 49:41.
