Registration opens January 12th, 2020 online or by completing and mailing this printable form. The 50k/25k races have a limit of 100 participants each. There is no limit of participants in the 10k race. Registration for the 50k/25k races closes on July 30th, 2020. Race day registration for the 10k race is available.

Start Times
The 50k starts at the Tasty Blend Factory on Old Rt. 35 near Frasier’s Bottom. Shuttle buses depart the Camp Arrowhead at 4:45 am for the 30 min trip to the start.
The 25k/10k starts on the bridge on Linmont Road just off Rt. 60. Shuttle buses depart the Camp Arrowhead at 7:15 am for the 10 min. trip to the start
All participants must check-in with the race director Saturday morning before loading the shuttle to the start. There is no shuttle service back to the start after the race. If you have family or crew driving you to the start, please indicate so on the entry form.

Kids Run
A Kids Run will be held on Friday before the race. This event is free, but parent’s must complete a registration form for their children. Donations are accepted and will be given directly to the charity organization. Registration begins at 5:30 pm. The Kids Run starts at 6:00 pm near the amphitheater.

Packet Pick Up
Receive your race pack including bib number, food items, club information, and more at the following locations and times. T-Shirts are $15.00 in addition to race fee. T-shirt cut-off date is July 3, 2019.

Restrictions
There is a time limit of 10 hours to complete the 50k race. More information will be available at the pre-race instruction meeting on Friday before the race at 7:00pm.

Awards
Awards for the 50k and 25k finishers are distributed as they finish. Awards for the 10k finishers are given around 11-11:30 am.

Lodging
Camping is permitted at the Camp Arrowhead for the race weekend. Tents are available for rent as well as plenty of grass space to bring your own tent. There is a charge of $5 per person per night regardless of camping method. Do not worry about reserving a spot, we will not run out of tents. There is a shower house with plenty of restrooms. Please check in and pay on Friday July. 31st , 2020 at the camper check in station located near the shelter beside the amphitheater.
Meals
A pre-race dinner is included for all registered participants. Guest tickets may be purchased for $5 (kids 5 years and younger are free). The menu will include spaghetti with meat sauce, veggie lasagna, tossed salad, rolls and butter, cookies, tea, coffee, and soda.
A post-race meal is included for all registered 50k/25k participants. Guest tickets may be purchased for $10 (kids 5 years and younger are free).

There is a NO ALCOHOL policy at the camp or on the trail itself. Thank You
Please let the Race Director know if you will arrive late Friday evening or early Saturday morning.
Drop bags for the 50k are collected at the start and will be available at Aid Station #4, about mile 18, at Barkers Ridge. Please label your bag with name and bib number.
All viewers are welcome at the Start, but please park out of the way of runners and buses. This will be discussed Friday evening at the pre-race meeting. The best place to meet your runner is Aid Stations #4 or #5. Here runners have completed the tougher first half and support will be appreciated. Other locations are available, but are several miles from a major highway. If you have any special needs please let me know.

A portion of the proceeds from this race go towards the upgrades and maintenance of the Kanawha Trace Trail through the support of Friends of Kanawha Trace. Friends of Kanawha Trace are involved in preparing the trails to transform this hiking trail into a running course.
