Hyponatremia  This is Michelle Burr's frightening story of her experience at the Vermont 100 on July 20, 2002. Michelle is an experienced long distance runner. She posted the following email to many of her friends in the Montgomery County Road Runners Club. Since then, the message has been finding it's way around the web and was in print in UltraRunning. Michelle is running well now,  she recently won the HAT RUN 50K.
