Annual Club Meeting

2020 event modified for remote participation
July 24th – 26th, 2020

Due to the ongoing global health pandemic caused by COVID-19, the 2020 Annual Club Meeting has been modified for health and safety. No ‘in-person’ event will occur. Instead, a remote meeting using the video conferencing software Zoom will be held. Please register online at RSU to receive more information about the scheduled Zoom meeting.

As the era of our traditional January Annual Meeting in Helvetia has come to and end, our board has decided to embark on a new adventure and tradition.  We will meet at Spruce Mountain South on Spruce Knob for two nights and three days of fun, fellowship, running, and club related meeting/s.  Club members, please join us for this free club event at our State’s highest mountain.

Spruce Mountain South is a tract of private land that adjoins the Monongahela National Forest land just south of Spruce Knob. Many miles of excellent trail in the Spruce Knob Recreation Area are minutes away. The relatively undeveloped property is very suitable for tent camping. There is a pavilion, electricity, water, toilet and shower facilities.
