This event is free, but parent’s must complete a registration form for their children. Race t-shirts are not included for the children, but are available for purchase for $10.
The 2M walk is a non-competitive opportunity to tour sections of Helvetia and have some fun.

Free camping is available at the Lehmann Farm, situated right on the 10k course. Visit for the weekend if you’d like. Use the contact form on this page to contact Dan Lehmann for information and directions. The Saturday evening before the race sometimes includes a fun run at 5pm, always followed by an evening around the campfire with bratwurst, hot dogs, sauerkraut, and even marshmallows. Feel free to bring something to share.
The annual Helvetia 10K Mountain Run is in association with the annual Helvetia Fair. The two day fair celebrates our Swiss heritage and has something for everyone: a home grown parade, traditional song and dance programs, arts and crafts, food, square dance and more! More information can be found at the Helvetia Community Fair website.
